Indications

Iversan is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic endectocide that acts against immature and adult forms of nematodes located in the stomach, intestines and lungs. It acts against the larvae of Dermatobia hominis. Tickicide and anti-scabies agent.

• Ostertagia ostertagi: Adult and immature (including inhibited or hypobiotic nematodes)
• Haemonchus placei: Adult and immature
• Trichostongylus axei: Adult and immature
• T. colubriformis: Adult and immature
• Cooperia spp: Adult and immature
• C. oncophora: Adult
• C. punctata: Adult
• Strongyloides papillosus: Adult
• Nematodirus spp: Adult
• Oesophagostomum radiatum: Adult and immature
• O. venulosum: Adult
• Trichuris spp. Adult

• Larvae of: Dermatobia hominis, Hypoderma bovis and H. lineatum
• Mites: Chorioptes bovis (it helps to control these parasites), Sarcoptes scabiei var bovis.
• Lice: Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus euristemus, Damalinia bovis (it helps to control these parasites).
• Ticks: it helps to control bovine common ticks (Boophilus microplus)
• It helps to control cutaneous myiasis (screwworm) caused by the larval stage of the Cochliomyia hominivorax fly, when administered preventively.
